My husband and I visited San Diego for our anniversary and went to kayak La Jolla on the recommendation of a local friend. While I was concerned that the water was going to be too cold for my liking, I opted not to get a...More

We just did the snorkeling with leopard sharks, we saw quite a few. The experience was cool, staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is they ran out of wetsuits for kids so the one they gave my daughter to wear...More

We took two separate tours - kayak tour of the 7 caves and bike tour from top of Mt. Soledad (views of San Diego are incredible). We enjoyed both tours immensely, but the bike ride was a little scary as we were riding down from...More

Great tour! Only visited 1 sea cave but the guides are amazing, funny, and very helpful. We had Alex and Amir and they were amazing! Cracking jokes and keeping everyone smiling and having fun the while time. Stopped at different points along the way and...More

The description makes it sound like you go to 7 different caves. Waves were a little rough but you only go in 1 cave for maybe 30 seconds. Bummed since we thought you would go into more of them.

Awesome kayak tour with Frankie and Louie. The guys were very knowledgeable about the area and all of the wildlife and plantlife on the tour. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were friendly and we're happy to answer any questions. All equipment is supplied and is in all well maintained. The experience we went for was the kayak as snorkel and lasted about 2 1/2 hours. Take sunscreen and remember the water is cold.

Exactly as the other reviewer stated. Not in the same kayak but he/she will guide you. No need to worry - they will not leave you and it's a very "beginners" pace. Biggest concern will be trying not to hit the cold water. ;)

HI, I'm sure you can probably just rent a kayak, but I don't recommend trying to go into the caves alone, unless you're very experienced. The day I went the sea was really rough, so we didn't get near the caves. Our guide... More
