Two of my adult kids did this and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Easy online booking with friendly staff for checking and suiting up with shorties. Good beach side instruction and narration around the cove. Highly recommended to do!

I can't believe I haven't kayaked in La Jolla sooner. My sons (16 and 12) and I had a great time. Bike & Kayak makes the process very easy and is extremely organized. Our guides, Alex and Alexis gave excellent instruction and prepared the group...More

Best tour we have done in San Diego. Service level a 10. We loved our guides Jordan and Heather they were professional and super funny. We had the double kayaks which are great if one person plans to paddle and the other enjoy the ride...More

I went on the 7 Caves kayaking tour with 6 of my cousins. I have to say, it was the guides, Kenneth and Spencer, who made the trip. They were extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and entertaining. When I started getting seasick, Kenneth also made sure...More

Henry was awesome. Great host, wonderful jokes, and knowledgeable. Would do again. Good group to, which complimented the ride. Light riding, not even sure you need experience.

We did the kayak and snorkel tour. The guides were professional, funny, and helpful. I thought the tour with a length of 2.5+ hours was a little to long. They take you to kayak near the sea lions and within the caves of La Jolla....More

Being beach noobs we didn't have much in the way of gear. This place fortunately had chairs for $2/hr and boogie boards for $5/hr. No umbrellas available but the do rent those too.

Exactly as the other reviewer stated. Not in the same kayak but he/she will guide you. No need to worry - they will not leave you and it's a very "beginners" pace. Biggest concern will be trying not to hit the cold water. ;)

HI, I'm sure you can probably just rent a kayak, but I don't recommend trying to go into the caves alone, unless you're very experienced. The day I went the sea was really rough, so we didn't get near the caves. Our guide... More
