Klamath River is a beautiful spot, stop and take in the Vistas. There are plenty of trails in the area.

From 101take the Requa Rd exit. It's a narrow winding road to the top, but what a view. This is a great place for whale watching and if no whales there are picnic tables for a picnic.

Cool views and good access. I saw boats and stuff out on the river. We just took pics and admired the views. The river rides don't go year round.

Went whale watching at the mouth of the river. Didn't get the see the Orca's we heard about, but did see several Calif Gray Whales.
