The teacher was a delightful lady who explained things simply and well. We thoroughly enjoyed each course and picked up a lot of tips on Cambodian cookery. I would have loved a printout of the ingredients and method. Such a great way to spend a...More

Emailed Sinuon the night before and booked myself an 11yo and 13yo in for a Khmer cooking class. First time for the kids and what a great teacher! We were promptly straight into cooking in a clean well set up teaching kitchen with Sinuon helping...More

After seeing reviews we made a spur of the moment decision to book as there’s not much else to do here. Hotel concierge first refused to call saying there are no cooking classes in Sihanouk anymore. We persisted and glad we did. A short tuk-tuk...More

I agree with the other reviews. I took my 21 year olds and we all agree that was a great opportunity to learn to cook the Khmer food but also to learn more about the ingredients. There was only us on the morning (10-12.30) which...More

Good cooking experience with great participants. Sinoun had great insight into her culture's food and shared her knowledge. You don't get the recipes though which would have been helpful.

We had a lovely experience cooking traditional Khmer dishes with Sinuon. As previous reviewers mentioned, being picked up by Sinuon's husband's tuk tuk was really useful as we would have struggled to find it otherwise. The cookery school is well set up above Sinuon's family...More
