I felt very safe. I am a single American female with a taste for snakes, swans, and sea turtles. I will be back. TTT From California

I went in once to try out the food there and I was shocked to see how the owner treated his restaurant as a mini zoo. I am not a fan of reptiles and therefore, I did not really look into what this place has to offer. The owner is absolutely eccentric and you have to be eccentric enough to... More

The restaurant itself is a very strange concept, run by a very eccentric person. The decor is weird and dark, but the food is authentic Russian cuisine, and the menu is big enough to please even someone who doesn't like Eastern European food. The huge turtle and fish tank in the middle and the snake tables are good places to... More

It was dark and dingy and half the enclosures were empty. I especially felt bad for the gibbon in his tiny cage. I could almost feel the animals depression. The place is also unsafe and stupid me put that up to the test when I accidentally popped open a tank with some venomous snake inside. I wouldn't recommend. They place... More

We enjoyed our visit at Snake House. There were snakes that we have never seen in real in our life. There are also a lot of crocodiles.

Just to give you a break from all the sunsets and beach photos coming up here's a little something different: The Snake House with a crocodile pit. It's almost certain people have died here from the numerous signs of "we're not responsible for dismemberment, accidental venom injections or novel cases of monkey Ebola. They're certainly all about fun here though... More

Do not visit, these people should not be allowed to keep animals. Live wires dropped over cages at head height. 70% cages empty and the place is so run down and sad. All the cages are dirty, dusty, covered in debris. The solitary spider monkey looked at me unmoving with flat eyes in a cage far too small for him.... More

Friendly staff but way, way too small space for the animals. I dont recommend visiting due to this lack of space and you feel sorry for the animals while there.

Years ago this was a place of interest in Sihanoukville, exotic and rare reptiles and ok Russian Food. Now it is a Ghost Zoo, with 80% empty cages, disturbing looking frail creatures remaining, dimly lit with not a person in sight, and about the worst food you can get in Sihanoukville. Stay clear of this place, it is nothing short... More

When we entered we were immediately shocked to see a crocodile on a short chain, kept in the restaurant in very little water with hardly any room to move :( as we went on it did not get better. Fish in tiny tanks with murky dirty water, monkeys alone in tiny cages, snakes in tiny ages with no plants/hiding places.... More
