All these reviews that mention a lighthouse do not belong here, they are for Pigeon Point, not Pelican Point. There's no lighthouse in Pelican Point Beach-

Has great views as is generally the case with many coastal portions of Half Moon Bay. Worth the visit if you're already along the coast.

We stayed in Half Moon Bay and drove the Pacific Coast Highway. Glad we stopped here to see the light house grounds and learned a little history. The views are amazing!!!

Seeing the lighthouse from the highway just tells you to turn and visit. Parking no problem on our visit. A short walk to the cliff side and a bench to sit and relax. The view of the lighthouse and rough shoreline is indescribable. Such beauty...More
