Nice Public Course with fair rates and usually good pace of play

I've been playing at this course for years and played here yesterday. Very nice "muni" course. The layout is fair with trees adding most of the challenge. The course was in... read more

Mile square golf course is a really fun course that wont break the bank. Great deals on twilight and if you want a different course David Baker is also in the park. Milequare park in itself is a wonderful park in the middle of suburbia.

I've been playing at this course for years and played here yesterday. Very nice "muni" course. The layout is fair with trees adding most of the challenge. The course was in very good condition. Pace of play is normally very good, although we were stuck behind a 5-some today so took 4 hours and 40 minutes (which isn't too bad... More

We play Mile Square a few times a year and really enjoy it. It is generally very well maintained, few delays, has some challenging holes and is priced reasonably. It is also very convenient with a driving range right next to the parking lot and pro shop.

There two very well maintained 18 hole coursed. Both are challenging but fair. The older Classic course has a lot of mature trees which keep you in the fairways and discourage short cuts. The newer Players course has fewer trees but more water that comes into play. The roughs are kept fairly short and make it easier to find stray... More

Two great courses, the Classic and the Players. Both with their own characteristics. Reasonable rates and the greens are in good condition. Kevin, who is I charge of the course, does a great job. You will enjoy yourselves on either course, depending on what game you bring that day.

For those of us who want to experience the "agony or the ecstasy " of golf, the David A. Baker 18 hole executive course is a good place to discover ones capabilities. It is a good course for beginners and even for those golfers with decent handicaps. The layout is ideal for each golfer to perfect particular skills. The only... More

Our travel home base was Marriott New Port Beach resort. My inquiry re. playing golf near my Villa came as a shock. . . nearly $300 to play 18 holes!? With 'tablet' and internet I found Mile Square Golf at a reasonable cost--$38 + cart [seasonal]. And the course was only 20 min. away. But be aware of the toll... More

A little-known spot for breakfast, the eatery at the Mile Square Golf Course offers a relaxed place to have a tasty meal. They have a good assortment of choices at reasonable prices, and the big windows overlook the course. We noticed a large room used for banquets can be used for very large groups. It is a convenient place to... More
