Saw this in the local mag. Kind of a rainy day , when we arrived the're a few locals with tons of information and history. A great show for adults and children alike. A very nice find in this small town

I enjoyed the train ride, and the narrative history of the region going back to 1855. Very informative, well presented and fun too.

Hidden Jewel - The display is hidden in an old railroad building behind the Skunk Train Depot. Admission is free with your Skunk Train ticket, (and probably a very small donation without a ticket). The display is entertaining and has something for all ages, 2-100....More

If you like model trains you'd like this exhibit. They had many trains running--all G scale I believe. The scenes are local area ones. The trains even go outside on part of their loop so be sure to look at the setup on the side...More

Very detailed depiction of the trains between the redwood groves and the pier in Fort Bragg. There were three trains running on tracks that went both indoors and outdoors. The volunteers were very knowledgeable and friendly. If you ride the Skunk Train admission is included....More
