Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had a pleasant experience. I hadn't been to this theater in over 8 years, but my experience with this theater was good. However, I think they over charged me for medium popcorn, hotdogs and a fountain water, it came out to 20$. The seats were ok; kind of small for my liking but it was ok. The temperature was ok, I did where my jacket because it was a cold day. The staff was kind and restrooms were clean. I did attend the afternoon time so basically It was me and another person in this theater.

3 of us saw the wonderful movie "Sound of Freedom" here and would advise EVERYONE else to go see it too, however... (1) we could hear the soundtrack from the adjacent movie (2) the volume for our movie was excruciatingly high (3) the movie was preceded by 35 minutes of ridicules Woke ads and ridicules Woke previews of other stupid movies. The temperature was near freezing. After several of those 35 minutes I couldn't stand it anymore and simply hung out in the lobby until the movie started. Had not been to a movie in years. It will take a lot to get me into this theater again.

Food was good, the movie was good, seats are comfy. Although, the staff, one in particular, ruined my evening. They were unnecessarily rude and I can say I wouldn't want to come here again. Please talk to your staff and teach them how to interact with people properly.

Century Folsom, a low-priced first-run-film theater easily accessible from Highway 50, is the best overall movie theater in the entire Sacramento area. I and my best friend travel from downtown Sacramento frequently because the savings in ticket prices alone make the trip worthwhile. But it's also their consistency in featuring friendly and helpful staff, the best movie-theater popcorn, very good presentation and sound, and comfortable seating that seal them as the best. I actually prefer their wide leather-like seats to the newer "luxury lounger" recliners now featured at most area theaters. It may be an older complex, but it's kept up very well, and is a real find for movie theater fans.

This is close to the Hilton Garden Inn, and provided a great place to see A Star Is Born. Great screen, good audio and the theatre was clean and tidy.

Took in an afternoon show and found this theater to be one of the most comfortable I've been in. great sound system and many places to eat nearby for before or after the movie.

Now this isn't one of the fancy theaters that are popping up all over but you can get popcorn and drinks and see a good movie for a lot less. It is usually not that crowded so you can find a good seat.

I have been to this facility several times to watch Indian movies. The only reason I keep coming back is because it is close to home and my work. The sound system is terrible. It is quite unfortunate that Indian movies are not screened at the Palladio..!

Movie theater packed on this Tuesday night. Everyone beating the heat and enjoying a $5 movie. Great deal. Heard it happens every Tuesday that all movies are $5. We saw a first run movie and enjoyed the venue very much. Come early as its packed. Seems like everyone wanted to beat the heat. Cant beat $5 for a movie.

I can only tell you that 4 of their screens are wonderful, large, old-fashioned wide-screen auditoriums where Cinemascope wide-screen aspect ratio films are shown like they used to be: masked on all 4 sides of the picture and not "floating" in the center of the screen, unmasked top and bottom, as most new theaters do it. Frankly, the film-viewing experience in those 4 theaters is as good as anything you'll see in an XD, IMAX or other extra-cost large-screen format theater these days, and watching a film in one of those 4 theaters has been my favorite movie theater experience for years now, in all of the Sacramento Valley area. Their other screens are much smaller, but still feature great sound systems and sharp, clearly-focused, and bright pictures. They definitely use some of the best digital projection equipment in the area.
