What a great way to spend the evening. We did the bbq/train ride. Great bbq, fun entertainment (a little cheesy at times but fun) & spectacular views. Well worth the $$

I reluctantly agreed to go on this historical railroad tour but was surprised at how interesting it turned out to be. A nice break after a couple hours hiking in Yosemite. Even non-railway fans will appreciate the history.

Informative and sweet little operation that proved a hit with 2 four year olds (and their parents) The secret hit though was the panning for gold. Run by a brilliantly engaging local woman who really opens up the local history.

This unique venue offers 1 hour steam train ride that is informative, peaceful and fun. The venue also has a small museum a couple of gift shops, panning for gold for kids and a commissary for grabbing a sandwich on your way into Yosemite
