The staff was knowledable and friendly. The tour wait time was over an hour, so expect the delay. The tour itself was a self guided tour with t.v. screens to watch along the way. The smelling stations were a favorite. I would give this 5 stars if the cafe area was open and we did not have to hunt down... More

This is a very well organized factory tour where you can watch from above most of the factory processes. Although it being on a Sunday we visited, and the factory was not in operation, still with all the videos shown during the tour, you get a very good idea how this factory is operating. Because of processing time of multiple... More

This is for the factory and tour in Fairfield which is diff from the company store in Vacaville. Came here on a weekend and not too busy despite the nicer weather. There is a sample bar where you can get three beans at a time although the line can get long. Tons of merchandise. Eating area is large and prices... More

We did the tour on a day that workers were not in the factory but there were short videos every few feet that explained each station. While on the tour we walked by all kinds of portraits made out of the candies. There were a few sniff stations with questions and then the answer and a place to smell that... More

Had a wonderful time! Our Red Hat Chapter enjoyed tasting the local wines and of course, the chocolate was wonderful!

The tour is a little boring, because it is a video instead of a live person. Try to go on the week day so you can see the workers and production in action.

Loved the tour to see how Jelly Bellys are made. The tour also took us by a number of mosaics made of Jelly Belly beans which were incredible. The tour ended up in the factory where we were able to buy bags of the rejects called Belly Flops. Great value if you love Jelly Bellys.

The jelly belly factory tour is an interesting thing as you see how they are made while you see all the flavors and you even get to taste 3 flavors while you are there. I was amazed at all the pictures they had made out of Jelly Beans. In my eyes its a must see if you are in the... More

It's an interesting tour but they took a photo of us next to a Jelly Bean and then wanted us to buy the photo package for $40. Crazy. Then they give you three jelly beans to sample. Really? 3? I guess they want you to buy Jellybellys but 3 little jellybeans is just wrong. But it is a fun tour... More

I love Jelly Belly jelly beans and I must say I take bragging rights to a new level since I live right up the freeway!😁 Wonderful place for family and travelers especially since the upgrade.
