Beautiful cool redwood forest to stroll through with a playground/picnic area with restrooms which are all very family friendly. The zoo itself has an admission fee and is well worth having up-close and interactive views of the animals. There is an educational center, a cafe...More

Worth the price of admission just for the otters. I can watch them for hours frolicking in the aquarium. Love the flamingoes, too. Also a must, having a hamburger at the zoo café.

Small Zoo. I have small children who like the petting Zoo portion. So it is a good place for half day trips for us. The new otter attraction is a favorite. Catch times to watch them feed the otters. Different activities for children throughout the...More
