1877 Chinatown built on a haunted Prehistoric Pomo indian burial ground. These definitions are from the River Pomo indians "Nomlaki" which no remaining decendants or tribes exsist. These 3 paranormal experiences are at the museum, they are defined as natural, and the indians did not invent something that wasn't already there, they named them. LES: "shade, Shadow, ghost", which dwells within and animates the living; after death, the Les may be helpful or harmful; it may remain near the grave or go to the afterworld.HOLOWIT: Ghost, an evil manifestationYAPAYTU: Undetermined supernatural manifestationColusa founders occupied and forced the remaining Colusi indians off the area and made them cross the river. 1833 to 1860 indian genocide occured, the caretaker of the museum is a conduit to which information from the spirit world is feed to him and researched as true and displayed into the museum, no matter how painful this position incurs, their is great relief when the path is followed.

This place is no longer open. this area is the old chinatown district in 1890. The building and shops are now leased to business offices. Right across Main Street is a nice river walk on top of the levee by Sacramento River.
