We were headed from Los Angeles to Phoenix and ran into this museum. It has tons of interesting artifacts and one of the best parts is that so much is donated by veterans. Great video about the Desert Training Center set up there by Patton....More

My husband was very excited to see this place and the tanks they have there. Unfortunetly the yard was being redone and we could not go into the tank area. That was a real bummer. Other than that it was a very nice place to visit.

It is a small museum but an very good one for General Patton. The movie that is shown is a very good introduction to who he was. I especially liked the one quote that "when the enemy KNOWS YOU INTEND TO WIN it makes a...More

We were thrilled that we had taken the time to stop and go through this great place. It looks pretty rustic from the outside and is not fancy in the inside. But!! What you find inside is a treasure trove of history. It's operated by...More
