I wish I had more time to walk around Bidwell Park. It was so scenic and the walking path was picturesque. Unfortunately, I was only able to do a short walk. Next visit I hope to take a longer walk.

We spent an afternoon exploring the Yahi Trail, and realized that there is so much more to see here. We'd like to come back during cooler weather and try another part of the park.

The park was ok, I think the traffic noises in most of the park are too loud and it distracts from nature. Also came across homeless people at the pool with their trash all around as well as homeless just finishing their baths and saw...More

The park is amazing, it start in the middle of Chico with playgrounds, the creek and many wonders, then meanders up in to upper park where you can take dogs off leash, go for a big hike and find intense swimming holes.

Right in our own backyard, Chicoans are so very lucky to have Bidwell Park to enjoy. If mindfulness is on your agenda, head to the park. If exercise is needed, get out and sweat. So many trails, landmarks, seasonal changes to enjoy that you get...More
