As a family-owned Winery, Vineyards and Wine Caves; we grow grapes and craft some fantastic wines. Our focus is hand crafting wines from our 32 acre property located in the Northern part of Napa Valley. Our Sauvignon Cabernet & Zinfandel grapes are sourced from our own vineyards, The Bartholomew Family Vineyards are hand farmed using sustainable farming practices. Our property encompasses two AVA’s, the newly formed Calistoga Appellation & Diamond Mountain Appellation. Cheers!!

This place is beautiful and the wine....all eight we tasted...were some of the best. Rick made the visit special and never put pressure on any in the group to purchase anything. Actually when a product that great is presented it just sells itself.

Some lovely wines and interesting host. We met the owner and after the tasting we got a short tour of their cave. Boutique vineyard that should make your list.

Rick was great! Quiet place. and very educational. Large selection of fantastic red wines. We enjoyed tastings within their cave system. Go north in the Napa Valley, and you won't be disappointed!

We stopped here as part of our wine tasting tour over the 4th of July weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the wine! Ron was superb and had everything ready for us to taste, answered questions and provided a nice history of this newly opened winery. Highly recommend Joseph Cellars if you're in the area!

We recently started a trip around wine country with a tour of Joseph Cellars. We included them because they appeared on a list of recommended wineries. We were surprised to find out that their facility had only been open a few weeks and that we were one of the largest groups they'd had so far (14 of us). Ron was... More

We found Joseph Cellars on the map and asked some of the hotel staff if it was any good. Apparently the new tasting room has only been open for a few weeks, and no one we asked about it had heard of it...so I had low expectations. It turned out to be some of the most consistently good wines we... More

This is a newly built winery with a fantastic wine cave. Absolutely beautiful, warm and welcoming property. Be sure to contact for a reservation. The caves are cool and damp, as you would expect, with rich aromas of oak and wine. The tasting room is awesome, well-planned and nicely appointed. All wines are fantastic and award-winnng but be sure you... More

We all headed to Joseph Cellars for a free tasting as we were all wine club members there. We were expecting Jonsey, but he had recently left for a private chef’s position with several families. That left us with Rick, who we were not at all impressed with. The wine was still just as good but the experience was flat.... More

Joseph Cellars was recommended by a friend and very glad it was. It is located on a beautiful property. All wines we tasted were very good. The wine cellar tour was very enjoyable as well as informative. Rick was very gracious and helpful with our wine selections. We'll definitely be regular customers.
