A terrific experience from beginning to end. The nice Welsh gentleman who took care of us was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable about their style of wine an winemaking. The tasting room as a very relaxed feel and we had a great time. We'll be...More

The wine it self was very good, however the insolent Welsh Server left a bitter taste in our mouths. The utter disregard for customers and the constant stream of sarcasm became very old very quick. Our party was more than happy to leave without making...More

We were told about Summers Winery by a local and called to make a reservation for tasting. The place is not very pretentious but the tasting is very intimate. You can taste inside the small tasting room. Or, as we did, taste on the outdoor...More

Tiny tasting room with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have wines made with Charbobo - a rare wine grape that is home in Calistoga (plus the other common reds). If you want something a little different and wonderful stop here! It was no problem to...More

Summer was a cute winery and my husband and I really enjoyed our tasting. I would say that the main reason to go is to get the opportunity to try a Charbono (you hardly can elsewhere in the US apparently). Otherwise, I would recommend a...More
