Glad we saved it for the last. This is a small winery and they just do a couple of tours at a time so it is very intimate. Great wines and even better stories.

We stumbled upon Vincent Arroyo when we first visited during our honeymoon 7 years ago. We have returned three more times since then and they are always at the top of our list. One of the few that don't charge tastings and they offer such...More

Was hosted by Matt for a great tasting in a quaint location. The petite sirah is outstanding! A must visit in Calistoga.

We have enjoyed VA's wine for years. The new cab release from the Rattlesnake vineyard was especially great. The pours are bountiful and complimentary. This is becoming rare in the Napa area. Ultimately, this winery is about enjoying well crafted wine in a relaxed setting....More

What a fun way to spend time and enjoy great wine! This vineyard focuses on sharing great wine rather than on glitz and attitude, and it is wonderful! Jim was so fun and informative and poured so many delicious wines as well as taking us...More

My wife and I love visiting the Napa valley area. Right outside Calistoga is a charming family run winery. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, bring a lunch. It’s a must to make reservations and well worth it.

This place deserves the number 1 ranking. We planned on staying 15 minutes and ended up visiting for an hour. Great wine with a very personable host. We come to Calistoga once a year and will now put this on our annual to-do list.

Yes. The welcome bikes, dogs, children and anyone! There’s a cute outdoor area with picnic tables where you can sit and relax. Reminder: tasting rooms are not ideal for children. There’s nothing for them to do. But if... More

None needed, but I'd recommend making them because they get very busy sometimes. VA is one of my favorite wineries in the valley.
