Placed order over the phone. The sales associate that assisted me with checking if item was available in store was clearly in a rush. Once she confirmed item was in stock I was immediately transferred to cashier to complete purchase. I asked the cashier questions about specifics of bag just to make sure it was the correct item before completing phone order. The cashier seemed annoyed that I was asking questions and replied with snark remark, “The sales associate would not steer you in the wrong direction, she knows what she’s doing”. Well the sales associate was very short with me and never allowed me to ask questions that’s why I was asking cashier. She took my payment information and continued talking over me and cutting me off while I was providing information. Nevertheless I kept my cool because I was just so happy they had item in stock that I’ve been waiting to get my hands on. Today I looked at my credit card activity and they cancelled my order without notifying me. Thanks for the crappy customer service Prada Outlet. I see how much you “value” your consumers. I will take my business elsewhere. Ciao

We arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday, half hour before many stores open at 11am. GUCCI opened 15 minutes early. We waited approximately 45 minutes to shop in store. Versace and Balenciaga opened at noon and there were shoppers waiting for stores to open. Line at YSL long, Tory Burch only 5 minutes. Victoria Secret outlet line was also long - waited about half an hour. Stores with no or very short wait were Saks off Fifth, Last Call Neiman Marcus, Joe's Jeans, Michael Kors and Salvatore Ferragamo.

Definitely worth the wait, as we found some great deals, however, we plan on shopping during the weekdays.

If you have nothing else to do the outlet mall was a good option! The high end stores closed early (6pm) and they if your looking for a deep discount - don't get your hopes up. There are also several different parts of the mall that we were not aware of. The high end stores seem to be in the middle and the regular stores are on both ends. Some stores had long waits to get in. My guess it would be more crowded on a weekend.

My family of 6 came here a couple of times while we were in Palm Springs and enjoyed both visits. It was super-busy during the day and parking was a challenge but our second trip was in the late afternoon and access was way easier.
A good place with plenty of really good deals.

I love outlets so I loved these outlets. Sbarro pizza for lunch, very outlet like! This outlet has some premium stores, like Tod's, Gucci, as well as more typical outlet stores like Clark's and Michael Kors. I don't know how the premium prices are because that is not my normal shopping but there were lots of people laden with bags.

The drive to the outlets from palm Springs was pretty interesting. The highway I took went really close to to the wind turbines and it was so cool to see them up close. The next time I'm in Palm Springs I think I'll take the wind turbine tour.

The Desert Hills Outlet Mall has certainly grown over the years. Many of the big brand name players are now located in one section or the other. There is most likely something for everyone. The main thing lacking is still a good food offering. They have some a couple very basic food courts, but nothing wonderful.

They key thing to keep in mind is - the pricing here is not always the best. I would not classify a good portion as “outlet”. Tourist traps, yes. True outlet pricing, no.

It’s a nice drive to Cabazon from Palm Springs and surrounding cities (approx. 30 min from Palm Desert taking I10 West).

Stop in at the Guest Services to pick up an additional coupon book for many stores.

Parking is free. There are multiple lots.

Beware of parking lot break ins. 4th of july 2021 our car window smashed and security is useless. looks like the management doesn’t wanna do something about it because they don’t wanna put cameras on it. Stay away in this outlet.

On the way back to Los Angeles from business meeting in Palm Springs, I pulled over at Desert Hills premium outlets to take a walk and have a drink. This is a large shopping outlet with many shops and eateries. Nice place to visit.

This is one of the nicest and largest malls in the Inland Valley and all of San Bernardino County. It has probably over 200 stores, two food courts and is nestled up against the Foothills.

Great place to take a walk, shop, or eat. It is divided into two areas as well. Plenty of parking and just a great experience. I will try to upload some cool photos later. Enjoy

Whenever we’re visiting Palm Springs or the vicinity, we try to always incorporate shopping at desert hills. There’s a HUGE variety of stores which include all major brands and designers. No other outlet in California comes close to this one!

Be prepared to walk a lot because of parking and the large shopping area. The best time to get bargains is in December in my opinion.

Plenty of food options also.

Definitely a shop till you drop experience!
