4* Links at Bodega Bay 1+ hour plus from San Francisco; located on coast Weather can be fickle; but always windy; bring a windbreaker Nice restaurant Friendly and helpful pro shop staff Course is very hill; the first hole could use an elevator This course is not for beginners Numbers 16 and 17 are unique holes; need to carry 150... This was close to a 5-star from me. Fantastic course with awesome views of the ocean. There weren't many flat spots anywhere on the course. We were greeted in the parking lot with our cart by an attendent to save us lugging the bags up the hill to the shop. That was cool. We went to check-in, where we were... More

Great course, plenty of ocean views, very pleasant and accomodating staff. Well worth the drive to get there.

A fun course to play even for beginners. Challenging uphill holes with varying topography. A view of the bay from every hole. Golf shop is nice too as they had some good sales, and the "links" hot dog was delicious! Would definitely play again but hopefully next time it will be sunny and won't start raining with gusts of wind... More

I played here in January and it was absolutely outstanding! For $35 w/cart -- it represents an extraordinary value for a high quality links course situated right on the ocean. The course was in pristine condition, not crowded at all, friendly staff who provided a yardage cheat sheet and some insider knowledge. The course is relatively short, but not easy... More

I played with 3 others on December 23rd. The weather was perfect. I loved the views on every hole. One of the best golf courses I have ever played!

The Bodega Harbour Golf Links presents a challenge for golfers of almost any skill level. Don't be fooled by the total yardage. Changes in elevation and well-bunkered greens can make club selection an interesting challenge. The pro shop staff are friendly and helpful. Best time to play is in the morning, and the late summer and fall usually have the... More

Having played Pebble Beach and several other top golf courses, this course rates high on the scale. The terrain was hilly and lots of undulations! Even though the course was healing from the areation, it played great! Wind picked up towards end of round, so bring a jacket, just in case. Like the #16 & #17 holes, don't forget the... More

18 holes on the California coast - and at a much better price than Pebble Beach! The course - a links style - is well-maintained. The 1st 5 holes wind steadily uphill (don't forget to look back - the views get better with every hole). Then downhill back to the clubhouse. The back 9 is not as scenic - but... More

This is a great course that has a beautiful view on every hole. Fairways are tight and lined by houses so not recommended for the big hitters who cannot control their shots. First time players will find several holes a challenge as there is little information regarding hole strategy. The restaurant is a great place to have a breakfast before... More
