I had the pleasure of shopping online as I don't live close enough to attend in person (yet) and I ended up splurging on the 5 year old single malt whiskey as a surprise present for my husbands 40th Birthday. I know this time of year is hectic for everyone (businesses and Australia Post) and I was concerned about my parcel not arriving in time. I didn't want to be a bother but decided to bite the bullet and ring Beenleigh Artisan Distillery and ask for a massive favour in sending it via express post, in which I expected to be told no. To my surprise and absolute delight, Logan who answered my call was extremely helpful, polite, and very understanding and agreed to send it via express post. This involved going out back and locating my already packaged parcel through hundreds of orders and taking it to the post office personally, as my request was out of the norm. She then text me directly with a tracking number so I could follow its steps. Logan honestly went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative. She saved the day! I will definitely be making future purchases from Beenleigh Artisan Distillery as I know the customer service is 110%. Thanks again Logan. Rachael.

Love this place! The staff are great the rum is fantastic and the mushroom risotto was amazing. We did the distillery tour and taster session then the comedy night. Made a full day of it with a few games and some food in the arvo, brilliant!

Had a wonderful visit to the Beenleigh Rum Distillery. Haven't been here since the 1980s. Just passing and decided to drop in and was treated with Great food that was rasonably priced. Great hospitality from the staff and lovely location.
