I’ve been coming to the park for 60 years. I am amazed and impressed with how well it is maintained and the huge range of recreation options you have. And you have marvelous views of the Bay from so many places. Marvelous resource.

Tilden is a large park/open space where you can spend a good day hiking the hills of Berkeley. Lots of trails and you can even swim in the lake in the summer.

There's so many hills and sales in Tilden Park. The Ridge Trails, The Bayview Trails The Valleys the forests all great and so close if you live in the area. But don't leave those valuables in view when you park your car. Crooks are everywhere!
