Beautiful place for an afternoon walk

Great place for a walk and enjoy being by the water. Downsides are cleanliness and a little rundown.

stayed at the hilton double tree, and maria and dock was right across our rooms. Had a great time watching fishermen and families launch their boats and head out into the bay.

I live near the Marina, and it is still one of my favorite places to come to. On a clear day, you can see San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as Oakland. I love that it is quiet and peaceful here. If you...More

Come and sit on the dock of the bay and waste some time. Gorgeous views of San Francisco, Marin County and the Golden Gate Bridge. It can be a bit chilly, so dress.

Staying as we were at the Doubletree Marina we crossed the marina many times and it is surely beautiful with a lot of impressive boats.

Yes, but...not everywhere. There are walkways all around the marina. You will not be able to go down to look at boats that are on private docks. There will be a locked gate at the top. But if you are staying at the hotel, or... More
