We were drawn to the area to visit the Big Trees but kept returning to this beautiful lake. We swam, kayaked, fished and rented stand up paddle boards.

This was a very cute little lake that we came upon, and quite glad we did. We were riding motorcycles and didn't pack our swimsuits but wish we had. Just a few families around splashing and lounging on the sandy beaches and granite boulders.
