Been here several times and it's always been clean. Nice man-made lake. Love walking in this park. Many places to picnic. Nice during the week. Early morning walks are great here.pretty crowded on the weekends.
This park has a man made lake, with a small stream running through it! Many places near the lake to picnic and children play in the water. Large playground also. Nicer during week days. Crowded on week ends.
This park is a reclaimed area, at one point in Bakersfield's history you would not walk over here. With new sidewalks following the river for 2 blocks this is a great place to meet family for picnics or to play after church on Sunday. Still...More

Its a huge park with 2 ponds.
There's also a outside theater on the northern side of it.
Overall its a great place to come relax and enjoy the outside.
Around 6-8pm venders come out to sell elotes and variety of foods.
