While the views from the lighthouse viewing platforms are great the lighthouse itself is in great need of some love. It is covered in graffiti and an internal room that is accessible has been trashed.

This lighthouse & surrounding area brought many wonderful times exploring with our children when they were younger. Whilst the area is still lovely, the lighthouse is defunct & dilapidated. Sad to see.

As others mention, lighthouse is quite run down, covered in graffiti and in poor state in general. But views from the lookouts are quite nice, and worth a 10 minute walk. Nothing super-special, but it's just a half-hour stopover, so... do it if you are...More

The walk to the lighthouse is fairly easy (as long as you don't have knee problems) and the lookouts from there are spectacular. Great for watching migrating whales, catching a breeze, or just staring off to the horizon.

If in the Culburra area heading to Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse is not only a beautiful walk it has lots of wildlife to see. It is not unusual to see seals, dolphins and at the right times of the year whales. The light house isn't that...More

Pretty easy casual walk to the lighthouse, is a few steps so not good for low mobility, beautiful area and nice views, can get a bit chilly in winter so if going in the afternoon take a jumper, is some good fishing spots around too.
