This was a cute little shop with great books on gems and rocks. I also enjoyed the Native American readings as well. They had a very polite staff. Gabby was so nice and welcoming. Definitely a nice pit stop on the way to Las Vegas.

It was reading 108F at 12:30pm - and we claimed the 2 caches - one with a bit of assistance from the helpful and friendly girl in the gift shop. Nice to see a world record breaker. Thanks roadsideamerica dot com .
It may very well be the world's tallest thermometer and it was cute and a nice stop when Bun Boy was there. It was maintained.

I found this on Roadside America and decided it was a place we needed to stop at. We were not disappointed. While not exciting or awe inspiring it was interesting and visiting the shops was also worth the time.

If you are driving between Los Angeles and Las Vegas you will not miss it. Great place to take a breather, see an interesting temperature measuring device and carry on. We were there when the temperature was 111 F - kinda'hot.
