I had a memorable canoe trip with my girlfriend on her birthday. The staff was friendly and informative. The scenery was amazing and serene. We received excellent pictures for the day, and our guide Gavin even helped us paddle for 6 hours! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have some fun outdoors in the fresh air for the day.

We had a great day on the water and learned a lot about Algonquin Park, saw some great scenery and wildlife. Stuart was an excellent guide and we appreciated his passion for Algonquin, and the local knowledge that he shared with us. Be prepared to work hard on the Canoeing front but it's worth it to see some great spots we would not have found on our own. Food was great too. Thanks for a great day.

Lots of photo opportunities; congenial and knowledgeable guide...well worth the investment. Travel over open water was motorized but quiet paddling by our great guide Stuart was optimal thru the areas where wildlife was most likely to be seen.

I went on the 6-hour canoe trip with my wife and daughter in September. We had Stuart, the head guide, as our guide for the day and he was great. We aren't expert paddlers (but weren't complete beginners) and he had the good sense to give us some tips to help us paddle better without giving so many that we felt we were being nagged. Instead he spent the trip telling us about Algonquin Park and the wonderful foliage and wildlife on display (we saw loons up close on the lake, a racoon hunting on the shore, and saw beaver dams and the paths the beavers had made but not the elusive beavers). The park was beautiful with the leaves starting to change colour in the fall. This is a great trip if you are a beginner at canoeing or even if you're not if you don't have time for a multi-day camping trip. Thank you Stuart.
