Good enough layout, helpful staff and nice wee cafe and shop. All in all a great few hours out for the price paid.

we had a great day out here, great place, watched the seals, otters and sharks at feeding time, very friendly staff, café was a bit pricey but food was good, would recommend to anyone

I would believe so yes it is, there appears to be ramps throughout the building both internally and externally in place of steps. Hope this helps.

All fish do is live in a giant fish tank anyway. They're fish... (seriously, you want 'rights' for fish???) Grow up.
