Amazing experience

575 steps up to the temple. The way up is full of monkeys eating bananas and jumping around. Up at the temple the view is gorgeous.

* The place is close to Hippie village(Virupapura Gadde) * You have to climb 575 steps to reach the hill top. * Do prefer to view the sunrise from top spot instead of the spot very next to the temple. * The view of the river with the stones (Mountain) in the background is splendid. * Try out coffee from... Climbed the 575 steps twice in one day realizing it would be a great sunset spot. Worth the climb for great views of river and rock formations.

The way up can be quite challenging as you have climb almost 600+ steps. There are stretches that can be very painful especially when carrying a 3 year old. But once on top, you forget the stress. It is absolutely serene and the view from top looking over Hampi is just breathtaking. History just plays before your eyes. It takes... More

Anjaneya Parvat is one of the top things to do in Hampi..the climb is a good exercise for your body which takes about 30 to 45 mins depending on the speed. go early to catch the best place for a beautiful sunset. however, better than the sunset the view on the other side is marvellous. Sunset in hampi can be... More

The place is Kishkindha(birth place of lord Hanuman). It is small temple on top of the hills. Recommended to visit early morning as you can see 360 view of Hampi following the sunrise.

Its worth visiting the temple though you have to climb 575 steps to reach to the worth but its worth the hike. Once your reach at the top there is an amazing tree at the top just opposite the temple which looks beautiful just before the sun sets. The hanuman temple from inside is peaceful. This place is on the... More

We visited this place during our trip to Hampi. This is a long drive from Hampi. Awesome views around from the top.

Supposedly the birth place of Hanuman, this temple is situated on the top of a hill with a steep climb up. The climb takes around 20 minutes and is quite doable. The views from the top definitely make it worthwhile. It is also strangely peaceful (despite monkeys snatching your Bisleri water bottles!)

About 300 stairs until the top (15-30 minutes). Amazing view of the whole area from the top. Don't be lazy, it worth it 😃
