I walked from the central part of Hampi to the feature temple site, which took about 20 minutes along the river. The temples are well maintained and ornate and a worthwhile experience.

The ornate stone chariot in the courtyard is the temples wow factor but there is lots of incredible sculptural work to look at. Words cannot do it justice, it really needs to be seen. Don't miss this masterpiece whilst visiting Hampi.

Amazing ruins with a great story. Would recommend that a local guide be part of your group. We learned so much.
