We visited here whilst passing on our holiday. It had not long opened however some of the shops were still closed. Looked a good place to visit if you have children

Spent 5 hours here and could of stayed for longer: lovely farm with animals to feed and cuddle, fair rides with free tokens and great shops would definitely go back

The barns offer everything you need to keep Mom, Dad and little ones happy. Loads to see and do. Quaint, bespoke shops and some lovely products on sale. Highly recommend making this part of your trip.

Hello Keith in a word yes! A few no go areas....Junior Farm, the mini golf, the funfair and the area around the childrens play equipment. You are welcome to use the covered area outside the coffee shop. We have outside... More

Not quite sure which review you have read but it certainly wasn't mine. I did not say anything about a beach or its opening hours or coffee and cake for that matter.
