This house was built in the 18th century. It is slightly off the beaten track, not far from the Holy Trinity Church. It is only 3 lev entry, and well worth that. There is an English summary of the important information, available from the person...More

Beautiful house and courtyard with fabulous fresco paintings to the upper family rooms. The blue room is retains its colour and looks fresh. Informative information. We stumbled upon this and pleased that we did.

I had a wonderful time visiting the Velyanova house. Although not a typical Bulgarian home, it’s history and beauty is incredible! The host was fantastic and very informative. I would highly recommend!

It is really great and I am proud as all of us must to be. It was nice also for my small daughter who was also impressed. The WC from 19-th century at the second floor is innovative as well.

Found this by accident on a side street just down from the Holy Trinity Church. It is not well sign posted, though if you get the official town map from the Bansko info centre, it is marked on there. Perhaps not a 'museum' in the...More

Well worth a visit. It's in the heart of the old town but not well signposted. We found it by accident not far from the 'Holy Trinity Church'.
