I really enjoyed seeing panmure island. It is as beautiful as the pictures so it especially at low tide. However if you are coming to swim there are much nicer beaches around try Basin Head park!

This is one of the prettiest beach in our travels in PEI - long stretch of white sandy beach. Shallow, clear water. Good facilities- clean toilets and shower. Great restaurant in parking lot - Sandbar & Grill - definitely worth a stop.
