Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited this place a part of a tour. During our visit for breakfast and arts, my 12 year old son fainted, likely due to altitude sickness. Jesus, the manager there, helped us take care of our son during this scary time. He called an ambulance and spent a couple hours with us as we diagnosed and tested him. He is very good with kids and translated most of the conversation with the ambulance.
I can not thank the entire staff enough for the care they showed to our family. Jesus helped all of us through a difficult time. We never expected to need such help...but Jesus and the staff showed us the best side of Mexico city.
Thank you Jesus and staff!

I went there as part of a bus tour of the pyramids and found exactly what I was looking for, An Aztec calendar made of cloth not wood, big one too! Their souvenirs are of the highest quality. Great jewelry and decorative ornaments. Got some free shots of Pulque and a nice lesson in some local customs. I walked super happy with my purchase. I uploaded a picture.

We were brought here as part of a tour and it turned out to be an educational experience. They demonstrated some traditional techniques, let us taste local alcohol and then ... you guess ... shopping time. Well, to be fair, they were not pushy and we left with positive impressions.

They deceive you, they tell you that they have the INAH certificate that grants them the possibility of making replicas and it is a lie. The Mexican government names them in a report that indicates that they commit unfair competition. They sell much more expensive products than in the anthropology museum itself and the “certificate” they issue is false.

I purchased silver earrings, necklace and 2 pendants hoping it was genuine silver (since they CLAIMED it to be). Luckily, I work at a Metal Recycling facility and have access to a metal scanner that tells you the composition of a metal item. When I scanned this, it showed its 94% ALUMINUM. Only .292% in Silver. I spent $300 at this place, and for it to not be genuine silver? Disgusting.

Part of our tour to the pyramids, this gallery is an educational experience as well as an enjoyable way t stretch ones legs after being in the van, The pieces are magnificent...with shipping available to countries outside Mexico.
Louis Guillermo Miranda Suarez(aka Danny) was a gracious, knowledgeable and wise host.
His pieces made by a collective and certified by the Mexican government are a great addition to ones home or office.
A must see,

Could you please tell me if this is located on the way to Teotihuacan? Did they have blankets woven from the maguey plant's fibers? And did they sell tequila/mescal and pulque? I'm looking for a particular place I visited once and am wondering if this is it. Thanks so much.
