The viewing deck provides a good perspective to see the beauty of Tagaytay Highlands and Taal Lake. The facility resembles that of a junkshop. Attention from the city government is badly needed.

It opens at exactly 7AM, and no reservations. When you get there you pay for your entrance, and it's open on weekends!
