Political instability is the only reason to make this place not easy accessible . If you have the chance to travel through Pakistan Kashmir you should definitely consider to enjoy the beautiful trek to BC

Fair meadows (Nanga Parbat Base Camp) is one of the most beautiful place on the earth in front of Killer Mountain Nanga Parbat You can access this base camp thru 2-hours jeep travel and 5-hours hiking track.

I remember spending time there in the 2nd week of June. We were a bunch of roughly 50 people and at the end, we felt that our timing couldn't have been more perfect.
