Nasiyan Jain temple is situated at the middle of the city and easily accessible. The temple is a two-storied structure and is divided into two parts. One part of the temple is the worship area for Jains only, while the other part houses a museum and hall. The main hall, known as the Swarna Nagari "City of Gold", has several gold-plated wooden figures, depicting several figures in the Jain religion. This golden chamber of the temple also uses gold to carve out a depiction of Ayodhya. It is also known as Soniji Ki Nasiyan. All the effigies including golden ones are beautifully maintained. There is a nominal entry fee, when we visited in Oct’23, there was minimal crowd, hence had a peaceful visit to the museum. Visit of the museum requires climbing of stairs at different levels, which may be bit difficult for elderly people. Overall, it was a nice visit to the Swarna Nagari.

Main temple it self is beautiful which is only for Jain but a Golden temple behind is very beautifully done with gold carving , which can be visited by any one.
Surprisingly no where mentioned about another Temple in side city which have more better Gold used and carving. Its a must visit by any Jain if you happened to be there. We were lucky to be told about this temple by a Jain bandhu we met in this temple.

The place has an entry fee of 20 rupees. It's shows the golden City created by Lord Indra for the Lord Rishabhdev before his birth. The architecture is quite marvelous. It's just that there are many stairs with different elevations. So, for elderly people, it's a bit difficult.

I am proud of my decision to visit this temple. Entire temple premises was neat & clean and so nicely maintained. A proper system was in place for all the visitors.
It was not so crowdy on the day when I landed up. In fact I was so happy that I decided to give a healthy time to explore this place.

I didn’t know what to expect when visiting this temple, but it turned into a nice surprise. In some ways, this is a temple within a temple. There an adjacent Jain temple next to this, but I don’t think non Jain are permitted. This temple is actually a museum housing a large model of the Jain cosmology. There’s English and Hindi descriptions so you actually know what you’re looking at and what you’re looking at is just fantastic. The model are gilded and shows Jain celestial and terrestrial scenes.
There is a tiny entrance fee, which is basically pocket change. Plus one because it’s well worth the money.

Ajmer is known for the Durgah and Pushkar...but this Jain temple should also not to be missed.
The temple depicts the life journey of 1st Jain Tirthankar - Rushabhdev till attains Moksha.
Beware of the Big steps .......not easy to climb.

Soniji ki Nasiyan is a Jain temple. It took more than 30 years to build. It provides the view of universe from the Jain point of view. It shows the life of Lord Rishabhdev. It shows the three scenes in three dimensions with gold plated sculptures as per the Jain philosophy. The quality of craftsmanship shown is exquisite and worth seeing for any one. It also houses accommodation for people from Jain faith only. It is on the way to Pushkar in Ajmer. Fort built by Akbar is close to it.

The renowned Nasiyan Jain Temple is to be found at Prithviraj Marg in Ajmer, Rajasthan. After the temples of Ranakpur and Mount Abu, Nasiyan temple is regarded as one of the best Jain temples in Rajasthan. Built in 1865, Nasiyan Temple is also known as Lal Mandir (Red Temple). Centrally located in Ajmer, the temple can be reached easily from anywhere in Rajasthan. Nasiyan Digambar Jain Temple is dedicated to Lord Adinath, the first Jain 'tirthankara'.

Towfiek has described the sites in Ajmer extremely well giving you the details for ease of travel.
You should make it a point to go to Adhai din ka Jhonpara which is within walking distance of the Dargah Shareef. Some excellent architecture to see here for free.
The Brahma Temple at Pushkar is a one of a kind which I think you should visit.
Hope this helps and wish you a safe trip.
