A stairway trail that i hear extends quite far, but we only ended up going a few minutes to view the caves. The walk seems quite safe as there were a good few people coming and going along the trail. Wonderful views at no cost.

Wow, amazing walk. Must see for all nature lovers. Wear takkies. Walk is not long or high energy consuming, practically anyone can do this trail. Views are stunning.

Thé views are nice if you forget many ugly buildings. The trail is not well kept and poorly indicated. You can easily skip that one and Mosel bay altogether

We did this hike with the in laws. Was an easy hike with beautiful views of the sea and orange moss rock faces. We left one vehicle at Mossel Bay's point & hiked from Pinnacle Point's golf estate's club house towards the point. Started out hike at about 7am & finished close to 100m taking breaks every now & then... More

Went with my friends and tried to do the whole route until Dana Bay but we did not prepare well enough. Would recommend water good shoes and snacks. Definitely worth the effort. Beautiful scenery and wildlife. Nice Dassies along the route.

It is interesting that most reviews saying this is an easy hike are by people who didn't do the whole thing. We walked from the lighthouse to Dana Bay and the last 5 kilometers to Dana Bay nearly killed me. I am admittedly not the fittest and my two teens really enjoyed the hike. The views are incredible, we saw... More

Wonderful views, not too strenuous. Remember to take enough water and wear comfortable shoes. Do not rush it and allow at least four hours.

We hiked the first kilometer of the trail with young kids. We felt we had seen the most spectacular views of the coast line within that short distance. We turned around because we had our young kids with us. Even for them the hike was easy enough. We saw dolphins several times out in the sea.
