What a magnificent stretch of coast line. The dramatic cliffs and magical flora coupled with all the birds made this run all the more perfect.

What an oxymoron, extremely unnerving. Walking on the age of the cliff seem more unnerving that one can imagine yet so gratifying when one reaches the bottom. In South African expression "Tjoo!"

The trail starts at the St Blaize cave (underneath the lighthouse). You can turn back whenever you want, or go all the way to either Pinnacle Point Golf Club, or Dana Bay.
