Ha'amonga'a Maui Trilithon or the Tongan Arch is another attraction that you should see if you are taking a tiki tour around Tongatapu but don't cry if you miss it.

It was about 5:15 when we got to the site. Unfortunately, the fence around the structure was closed and we could only gaze at it from a distance. We couldn't walk up to it or read about it or touch it. Too bad!

This is basically a structure of three large stones; basically a mini Stonehenge. It's worth seeing for the historic significance. I wasn't shown very clearly on my maps and took a bit of finding.

Very interesting location. I would have hate to be on the loosing side when the tribes where at war. Fate was not pleasant.

Cool for a look but don't expect to be blown away. Also watch out for the stall owners trying to sell you stuff. And if you do want to buy, make sure you haggle!
