We did three day "bit of everything " tour and it was fabulous. Our guide Juan was incredibly knowledgeable (he has an anthropology degree), enthusiastic and welcoming. Our experience with the indigenous people was fantastic- not "Disneyfied" but a real, authentic day spend with a...More

I traveled to Tanimboca when I was in Leticia for one day. It was late in the day, but I was able to go on a short hike in the jungle. It was beautiful and peaceful. Visited in July 2015.

We experienced jungle walks, night safaris, kayaking, Amazon cruise, Monkey Island, ziplining, Sharman meeting, and more. We saw caiman, snakes, poison dart frogs, hummingbirds, sloths, woodpeckers, armadillo, capybaras,...More
