Oddly located next to a major and always buzzing highway, this is THE botanical Garden of the City. It is adjacent to the Universidad Central de Venezuela Campus. And can be reached on foot by taking the subway and exiting in the PLAZA VENEZUELA station. Bring your own water and a sandwich and enjoy the vast array of greenery that... More

It is nice to relax under the trees and to watch the exotic plants and flowers. I would recommend to walk there and get away from th estress in the city.

Lovely foliage, right next to the freeway so one thinks. Ehy not run there. There is a reason: fleas everywhere. Avoid it at all costs, mainly if you take your dog!

We enjoyed exploring these beautiful gardens. We went on a Saturday morning before it was full of people and so it was quite relaxing even though it is along the highway and in the middle of the busy city.

That said, you can eat, you can play ball, dance, jump around, anything (wink, wink), as long as you don't (get caught, natch!) harm any of the plants or animals you might... More
