Los proceres is a monumental walk of approximately 5 km feom Ciudad Universitaria to Fuerte Tiuna, it is closed to motor traffic on sundays and it is nice to walk/run/bike especially around the monoliths and El Laguito as they are heavily guarded military facilities.

This path walk is simply fascinating. This historic place for Venezuelans is really in very good shape. It is secured by national guard. The monument of battles is really fantastic has great significance for the national history and it has a lake with amazing views....More

Caracas has become a unsafe place in many ways but here due to be insert in a big military complex there are many guard around...Eventhough never be unaware!

In this place you can walk through the park ⛲ enjoying the view, pet friendly, kids have lots of fun, there's also small groups of people doing exercises and classes for kids to learn how to rollerblading. 👍
