An attractive building
This building is worth a stop to click some pics as you explore central Caracas. The guards weren't willing to allow me inside, but still possible
to get some good pics from the outside.

It repesents how small was this country before oil extraction began.

Full of people protesting
Mar. 2012
Felt very insecure, there were lots of people shouting and protesting. Apparently this situation is normal there.

The centre
Lovely centre with pretty buildings and plenty of trees. Not much to do in the centre besides a coffee, wander and Simon Bolivar´s house. Worth a look.
