This attraction may not be the largest castle, but it is impeccably maintained. Quite a refreshing historic piece in the middle of the urban sprawl of Pamaptur. There is a real drawbridge! Quite a nice visit when in the city!

The castle is in good shape and well maintained. However there is not information about the historic events that occurred there. There is no collection, just the castle structure with a few rusted cannons. The view is nice so it is a good place to...More

It was just amazing walking into this place.....seeing all those artifacts of weapons that was used were unreal...can't imagine trying to lift one of those..lol of all the places I had visited that day here had some breathtaking views.

A quick stop only is all that is required here in order to see the site and get a few pics. Seems to be quite popular with Venezuelan tourists though.
