El Yaque is always a great place to apenas the Day at the Beach. It is the perfect place if you like windsurf o kitesurf, famous by its wind.
Aldo is a great Beach for children because it has Calm water.
There you can decide to go with all you will need or you can always have a great fish in Aby of the restaurant

The beach was awesome in terms of the clear waters, the beautiful palm trees, the sunbath facilities and the chilly wind.

Was totally impressed with this island La Coche which we visited during a vacation to Margarita Venezuela in March 2018. We took a full day tour with Catamaranes Del Caribe to the island. The tour guides were very persuasive in getting everyone involved in the activities onboard. Notably the guests were only too willing to participate....not sure if it was the alcoholic drinks which were inclusive in the package served aboard the catamaran. The trip was approx 30min. The island was beautiful with it's white sand ,crystal clear waters, and loads of sunshine . A perfect place to relax and enjoy the blue calm waters..

Nicest beach on the island
Aug. 2017 • Family
It's true that the "sharks" sailing stuff might annoy you and that the swimming area is not like in Playa El Agua but I love that we could stay here without feeling insecure, we also loved that the waves were not as annoying as in playa El Agua or la Restinga. But the nicest feature is the temperature of the water and its transparency. We spent a week with the family here and we really enjoyed it. Not to mention that renting umbrellas and seats came with wifi and that there are plenty of eating options around but I suggest you not to take the vendors advice on food and go and get your food from Sharks, one of the best restaurant in the island that is located almost at the end of the beach. And if you like wind surf and kite surf this is also your place.

Ok beach with "sharks"
Jan. 2017 • Family
El Yaque beach is very popular amongst people who like kitesurfing or windsurfing.
The beach is windy enough and there are plenty of renting stores offering the equipment for a fair price. When you arrive there are "sharks" welcoming you and offering parasol and sand chairs for an ok price. Then is time to force you to order a "servicio" containing 30 beers or a bottle of whiskey or vodka... or fried food for the family... We don't drink alcohol and this kind of selling methods make us annoyed. While we took a bath they had my mother to order a piña colada without alcohol for a ridiculously expensive price... like the food. But the best part is when you want to leave and are going to pay for the parasol and the non alcoholic piña colada and they tell you that they have to add 10% for their services.
This kind of behaviour is not productive when you're trying to increase tourism.
