El Yaque is a wind sports beach, there is no harbor or moorings, shallow water and waves.

No scuba either at El Yaque, the water is shallow, no reefs, great wind so therefore churned up water, visibility is about 5 feet. Great scuba on neighboring islands, El Roche? Probably spelled them wrong.
