Some narrow pavements but interesting architecture the houses are very different ranging from 5/6 stories to cottages, loads of steps leading to other interesting buildings, shops, restaurants and pubs, cafes, etc

The beach is a well maintained and clean one. The old Barmouth is quaint with old stone houses and buildings. The shops are unusual and different.
