We drove for several hours from Edinburgh just to see the Bubblecar Museum. What a day trip we had! This gallery of bubble cars and van, motorbikes and memorabilia was phenomenal. The owners have a real passion for their collection. We could have chatted to them for hours. Well worth the visit. Loved it.

Firstly, have an interest in bubble cars and do your homework. If you haven't there is an excellent Guide for a whole £1 available. Also the owner is very knowledgeable about every car/bike in the Museum so don't be afraid to ask for more info. Respect the fact this is a private collection and every car has been sourced/restored and... More

My daughter and I took my elderly parents for a visit yesterday. My dad who has Parkinsons and is in a wheelchair thoroughly enjoyed his visit. It is a wheelchair friendly place with helpful staff. It was nice to be able to take him out and him feel included. He had many stories of both driving and repairing bubblecar of... More

Had no idea this place existed but it popped up on google. My son loved it as he is a real classic car fan. Don't go with expectation to be there hours as it is quite small but it's still a great trip down memory lane for lovers of small cars and classic bikes. There is a little tea and... More

Have been before, but went for another look, this time with the wife. Really enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. Nice tea and cake too. Owners could not be more friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. I went in my old 2CV, which was a topic of conversation whilst having a cuppa. I would highly recommend a visit here to anyone.

Lovely enthusiast collection - we had a great time looking at the cars and the period (50's / 60's / 70's) room setting and displays. We then enjoyed tea and homemade cakes (impressed with the provenance of the eggs form rescued battery hens) and bought some Lincolnshire cider. All reasonably priced in our view. Do buy a programme for £1... More

We live locally and just fancied something to do for a couple of hours on a Sunday. Very good value at only £3 per adult. Took the Husband back to hs childhood when he spotted the Reliant van as hs Father had one when he can remember riding in iit. And looking st the displays and saying "I had one... More

Hidden deep in the Lincolnshire countryside is this wonderful collection of bubble cars, other small vehicles and a few other auto related items. It entranced our 11 year old grandson and brought back memories for me, complete nostalgia! The layout is a bit short of space but this is clearly the work of an enthusiast and should be recognised as... More

Not as large as I was expecting it to be. I think we saw everything there was to see within about 45 minutes to an hour and that included stopping for coffee. What there is to see is well worth seeing if you are into your motoring history, but the exhibits are very limited. There were a few more exhibits... More

Just a couple of points. We have no lift because building control would not allow this. We do a comprehensive museum guide with information, dates and facts on each exhibit at the princely sum of £1. The upper floor has 12 cars, English motorbikes, related scooters and mopeds. Our tiny tearoom seats 40+. Just mentioning a few things !! More

We thoroughly enjoying our look around this excellent collection of all kinds of bubble cars, micro cars, motorcycles and other paraphernalia, such as bakelite clocks, hairdryers and toys. The recreations of the living room and the kitchen from decades ago were spot on and crammed with many of the familiar objects I knew when I was growing up, an unexpected... More
