What a wonderful little cellar bar. Locally made craft beers, ciders, gins and enough choice to satisfy any taste. We loved every beer we tried, but there was simply not enough time to try every one, and as I miss a good pint of bitter,...More

Called in for an early evening drink, the barman seemed quite disengaged and uninterested in serving, not offering a taste of a beer that was unfamiliar seems like a cardinal sin in a craft beer establishment. The interior was dismal and we were pleased enough...More

Most people would not know this cellar bar is there in the High St but well worth finding. Amanda & John have created a venue that is unique, welcoming and really nice to be in.

We are very happy to have well behaved children accompanied by their parents until 7pm in the evening. However, during school holdays we have an upstairs room which can be used after 7pm if required.
