First and foremost the two camel trails are a fantastic family activity, made even more enjoyable by a bright sunny day. One goes from Wadebridge to Bodmin, the other Wadebridge to Padstow. We done both in one day. We stopped just before Bodmin to have...More

We just walked about 5 miles from Hellandbridge. A magical walk along a river/large stream. Very well maintained path. Lots of cyclists some that didn't make one aware that they were there! A lovely tea shop- Snail's Pace Cafe.

7 miles there and back again. The whole track ain't scenic and a bit bumpy. However, there's some beautiful wildlife. It wasn't busy when we came last Thursday

What a beautiful trail. We rode from Padstow to Bodmin and back, stopping off for a snack at the Camel Trail Tea Garden which is a gem. An easy, and picturesque ride, slightly annoying, were the Middle Aged Men In Lycra who shot past us...More

We rented bikes and rode from Padstow to the Camel Trail Tea Garden near Bodmin. Lovely, easy ride on mostly level ground with beautiful surroundings. It follows the Camel River partly and then through forests and meadows. Absolutely stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride AND the...More

We rented bikes from Wadebridge and cycled into Padstow for an icecream, takes about 35 minutes at an average pace with a few stops for photos!
